From a thread titled "Eh" on the lackluster quality of Burning Man this year (Burning Man tribe):

"Good musical performances this year.... Seeing F-Space 5 nights in a row was one of the things that saved Burning Man for me this year."

I quite agree, but then I'm baised.

    And I'm braised and bruised!

A little Social D eh? Always appreciated.

I hadn't seen or heard F-Space before I came across them on the Playa this year (had come across their name several times over the last year or so but never tracked them down - I'm a lazy net user). I was blown away! They did definitely liven up the event this year.

That was my post.. I actually saw F Space's first show at Burning Man in '97 and while I have always thought they were awesome its been in the last year or so that I think they've reeeeeealy stepped it up and become and absolute must-see for me along with a handfull of other bay area bands (Rube Wadell, Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum, Bottom, Extra Action Marching Band). So kudos to you motherfuckers - thanks for bringing some of the kick-ass energy that is so sorely lacking out at Burning Man.

Now if I can just figure a way to get my band out there...

Yep, nice job this year. Powerful special effects. My favorite was that big wind-machine on Tuesday night. F-space is even better with your goggles on, coat flying and the flames going straight at ya'.

I think the only way to properly describe my F-Space experience this year is "Fucking FUCK YES!"
    F-Space? F-YEAH!

So nice to meet you all too! Once again I am very much looking forward to seeing you up here in P-town in spring!
